Job summary

Complete Network Integration (CNI) is seeking an experienced Tier III Systems Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority for our managed services clients, based in Glen Allen, Virginia. This role acts as the final escalation point for complex technical issues while leading infrastructure projects and advising client leadership on IT solutions.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in managed services or multi-client environments.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting methodologies.
Ability to mentor Tier I & II engineers and lead complex projects.
Effective communication with technical teams and client executives.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and escalation for complex issues.
Lead and deliver IT infrastructure projects (servers, virtualization, networking, cloud).
Mentor Tier I & II engineers on advanced troubleshooting and best practices.
Act as trusted advisor to client contacts and C-level stakeholders.
Document solutions and project designs clearly for clients.
