Qualifications

Ten+ years of IT experience covering IPv6, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, VPNs, and NAT.
Proven Tier III operational support, upgrades, and performance optimization across networks and systems.
Background coordinating with cyber security for secure design and change implementation.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced systems installation, operation, integration, and troubleshooting to maintain IT system performance.
Design and oversee upgrades and new installs of IT systems and services with coordination from Cyber Security specialists.
Execute Tier III upgrades of networking, IT systems, and storage networking.
Conduct Tier III troubleshooting, optimization, and performance management of IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
Integrate enterprise, regional, and local IT systems to sustain current operations or oversee their recovery.
