Job summary

RFA is seeking an experienced IT professional to deliver 3rd level support for clients and internal systems, focusing on complex infrastructure projects and proactive maintenance of technology initiatives.

You will oversee server infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange, virtualization, and migrations, collaborating across teams to ensure reliable IT services and efficient project deployments in a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience managing complex technical development projects with multiple systems integration.
• Strong understanding of existing network programs and capabilities.
• Skilled in technical crisis management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Citrix and terminal services.
• 5–6 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Microsoft servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd level support for RFA clients and systems.
• Coordinate and manage complex IT development projects and migrations.
• Support anti-spam, web-filtering, and network perimeter devices.
• Administer and support AD, DNS, and Group Policy.
• Manage and support VMware virtualization and storage platforms.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering and other groups on infra projects.
• Develop project plans, deliverables, and documentation.
• Liaise with vendors for server/software deployment.
• Assist in cloud provisioning and onsite deployments as needed.
