Visory is seeking a System Administrator to plan, build, administer, and support client-facing and internal IT systems. In this role, you will serve as a Level 3 escalation point for the Support team, providing expert-level support while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining operational stability.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of advanced technical problem-solving in network admin, engineering/design, virtualization, and server maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalentCerts preferred; must obtain AZ-104 and/or CCA-V within 6 months.
• Strong PowerShell scripting, AD (On-Prem & Azure AD), Group Policy, RDS/RDP, Citrix, Windows OS, virtualization, cloud hosting, and O365 configuration/management.
• Experience with RMM tools such as Ninja One or N-Able; printer config in remote VMs and on-prem environments.
• Knowledge of IT security concepts and enterprise best practices.
• Excellent diagnostic, analytical, and research abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage priorities independently.
