Job summary

Kaizen Approach, Inc. in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer (Level 4) to lead Information Assurance (IA) system, hardware, and software design for secure mission-critical environments.

You will oversee requirements tracking across the development lifecycle to ensure compliance with security certification and accreditation standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate IA into architectures and implementations, perform technology studies on

Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems engineering on IT platforms with a bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with an associate's degree.
• DoD 8570 IASAE Level I certification and a Computing Environment (CE) certification.
• Experience with Active Directory, Identity Management, SCCM, DNS, and related ITIL/SEI/CMM practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead IA system, hardware, and software design efforts for secure missions.
• Oversee requirements throughout the development lifecycle to meet certification standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate IA into architectures and implementations.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure performance and certifiability in complex programs.
