Kaizen Approach, Inc. is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to perform security assessments, validate requirements, and design security systems. Candidates must have 7 years of experience and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to perform and review technical security assessments of computing environments to identify vulnerabilities, non‑compliance with Information Assurance standards and regulations, and recommend mitigation strategies. In this role, you will validate and verify system security requirements and establish system security designs for networking, computing, and enclave environments with varying data protection and classification requirements. You will design, develop, implement, and integrate information assurance and security systems and components while assisting architects and system developers to ensure uniform application of Agency security policy and enterprise solutions. This position involves assessing and mitigating system security risks throughout the program life cycle and supporting security planning, risk analysis, certification, and accreditation activities for system and network operations. You will also support security authorization activities in compliance with NSA/CSS certification processes, DoD and NIST Risk Management Framework requirements, and prescribed NSA/CSS security engineering business processes.
