Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in customer-facing roles with ability to translate complex technical findings for stakeholders.
• Hands-on hardware bring-up and debugging with scopes, logic analyzers, and meters.
• Experience with inertial sensors (accelerometers, gyroscopes), GNSS, magnetometers.
• Deep understanding of signal processing and control theory; tuning Kalman filters.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or C++ for data analysis and algorithm development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert supporting customers through system-level integration and evaluation of ANELLO’s navigation products.
• Design and execute test plans to characterize and verify system performance.
• Lead hands-on testing, demos, and performance evaluations of navigation systems in high pressure environments.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams to drive product improvements from data-driven analysis and customer feedback.
• Contribute to development, validation, and tuning of sensor models and navigation algorithms.
• Communicate technical findings, trade-offs, and performance metrics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
