Job summary

Jovian Concepts, LLC is seeking a System Engineer Level 2 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area, MD. This role requires a current TS/SCI clearance with a MD polygraph and extensive SE experience.

You will develop system requirements, lead design activities, and produce architecture and engineering documentation while coordinating with government and program teams to ensure technical integrity throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with MD Polygraph is required to be considered.
• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes user requirements and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Leads design and development activities and provides technical leadership for integration of requirements and design.
• Develops system architecture and design documentation and prepares system engineering management plans.
• Interacts with Government regarding SE technical considerations and issues.
• Communicates with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
• Participates in Integrated Product Teams to design new capabilities based on development and operational considerations.
