Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Sentinel Future Capabilities Requirements Senior Systems Engineer to join the Sentinel program. You will provide technical leadership across hardware/software design and analysis, supporting ICBM payload system development.

The role emphasizes engineering rigor, open systems, and digital engineering with agile practices, requiring clearance eligibility and Utah-based onsite work at Hill AFB. Competitive benefits offered.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in engineering with 7+ years aerospace/mechanical experience.
Master's degree in engineering with 5+ years aerospace/mechanical experience.
3+ years of progressive responsibility providing technical leadership.

Responsabilidades

Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers.
Support requirements development, analysis of alternatives, verification and validation activities, and milestone preparation.
Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and key acquisition documents, including RFP packages.
Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, certification working groups, and other technical meetings.
