Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Sentinel ICBM Payloads Division at Hill AFB, UT.

The role supports AFNWC Payloads Division Chief Engineer, helping to manage processes, tools, and interfaces across ACAT programs for ICBM reentry capabilities. The candidate will contribute to digital engineering, agile software development, and open systems architectures while ensuring performance, cost, and schedule alignment in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required; Top Secret with SAP preferred.
• 7 years (5 with MS) of progressive experience in systems integration and analysis of military hardware and software systems.
• 2 years experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts.
• Experience with CAMEO and PLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers.
• Monitor requirements development, analysis of alternatives, verification and validation activities, and milestone preparation.
• Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and review key acquisition documents.
• Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, certification working groups, and other technical meetings as required.
• Align multiple programs into a common plan ensuring disciplined configuration and data management.
