Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is hiring a Systems Engineer to support the Sentinel program at Hill AFB, Utah. You will develop engineering requirements, perform analysis, and contribute to interface control for future payload capabilities.

The role requires a Secret clearance with potential to obtain TS/SCI with SAP, and 7 years of progressive experience in systems integration of military hardware/software. Join a mission-focused team delivering high-assurance solutions.

Qualifications

Full-time, 5 days/week at Hill AFB in Utah.
Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with SAP.
BS/MS Engineering, Computer Science, Software, Mathematics or Physics.
7 years (5 with MS) of progressive experience in systems integration and analysis of military hardware/software.
2 years leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts.
Experience with Air Force Technical Documentation and Mil-Spec requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers.
Support requirements development, analysis of alternatives, verification and validation activities, and milestone preparation.
Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and key acquisition documents, including RFP packages.
Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, certification working groups, and other technical meetings.
Guide and develop more junior engineering team members.
