Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer for Hill AFB, UT to support the Sentinel ICBM program under SIG.

The role focuses on translating customer requirements into engineering requirements and leading system integration across hardware and software domains. The candidate should have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI with SAP, and 7 years of progressive experience (5 with MS) in systems integration and analysis of military

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI with SAP.
• Progressive experience in systems integration and analysis of military hardware/software.
• Experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts.
• Knowledge of Air Force technical documentation and Mil-Spec requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers.
• Support requirements development, analysis of alternatives, verification and validation activities, and milestone preparation.
• Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and key acquisition documents, including RFP packages.
• Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, certification working groups, and other technical meetings.
• Guide and develop more junior engineering team members.
