Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Sentinel ICBM program at Hill AFB, Utah. The role involves collecting, managing, and analyzing technical data, updating government systems, and reporting status to program management.

You will join a skilled team of engineers, analysts, and project managers to ensure on-time delivery of a safe, secure, and reliable nuclear weapon system. A DoD security clearance and 3+ years in systems engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance (or higher).
• 3+ years of professional systems engineering experience.
• Engineering/Math/Physics STEM degree required.

Responsibilities

• Performing system integration reviews as part of multi-disciplinary team to plan, design, and construct system architecture.
• Developing and analyzing data to evaluate requirements traceability and assess interface documentation.
• Determining root cause of system failures and recommending corrective actions.
• Working alongside project management teams to monitor progress of projects.
• Identifying issues in design and construction processes and recommending strategies for improvement.
