Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science OR 4 years of additional relevant work experience.
• 5 years software, hardware and/or systems engineering related experience.
• Salesforce BA, Salesforce Developer, and Salesforce Admin Certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports, monitors, and optimizes Salesforce and enterprise healthcare applications.
• Develops and implements solutions to prevent recurring issues and analyzes data discrepancies.
• Supports configuration, enhancements, automation initiatives, and system integrations.
• Evaluates new system capabilities and supports Salesforce and enterprise healthcare application enhancements.
• Keeps engineering knowledge up-to-date through training and professional activities.
