Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a hybrid infrastructure. You will manage virtualized environments, optimize cloud workloads, and enforce endpoint and server security policies.

The role requires deep VMware, Citrix, and AWS expertise, plus strong Active Directory management and automated enterprise patching workflows. Expect to work across Windows/Linux servers and VDI instances with proactive monitoring.

Qualifications

• Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly Technical Experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience administering VMware vSphere and Citrix VDI infrastructures.
• Proven experience deploying and maintaining infrastructure in AWS.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize VMware vSphere/ESXi environments.
• Build, maintain, and scale Citrix VDI, including storefronts and golden images.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Route 53).
• Oversee Active Directory, GPOs, OUs, and domain controller health.
• Deploy and maintain Trellix endpoint security across the enterprise.
• Own end-to-end patching lifecycles for Windows/Linux servers and VDI.
