Job summary

We are seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer in the Lancaster, PA area to support and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple locations. The role focuses on Windows-based systems, virtualization, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and backup/disaster recovery in hybrid environments.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in systems engineering and/or administration.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple sites.
Administer Windows environments, virtualization platforms, and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
Manage endpoint and identity solutions, including Intune and Active Directory.
Participate in IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and optimizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems and infrastructure issues.
Collaborate with IT leadership, security teams, and business units.
