Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline (Physics, Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical).
• 4+ years of industrial systems engineering, product development, or sustaining experience.
• Experience in flow cytometry or cell analysis areas such as signal processing, embedded systems, electronics, software, fluidics, optics, or reagents.
• Experience executing system-level characterization, integration or test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support flow cytometry platforms, troubleshooting, verification planning, and continuous improvement.
• Develop expertise on bead reagent products and their use in flow cytometry workflows.
• Support risk analysis, regulatory assessments, field actions, and tech transfer.
• Support integration activities for complex systems across hardware, software, reagents, and workflows.
• Develop and execute test protocols; drive data-driven design iterations and root cause actions.
• Contribute to continuous product/process improvements and monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and with external partners to align lifecycle needs.
• Translate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations for Quality, Manufacturing, Service Eng., R&D, and Leadership.
