Job summary

GE Vernova Wind seeks an experienced Senior Engineer to lead cross-functional RCA teams addressing turbine and fleet failures with high business impact. You will direct 8D problem-solving, coordinate with FPM, O&M, EHS, Safety, Engineering, Legal, Customers and Leadership, and ensure timely containment and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own catastrophic fleet events and lead containment activities.
• Form and lead RCA teams across functions and regions.
• Drive 8D process, define workstreams and assign owners.
• Maintain major event documentation and communications with customers and legal as needed.
• Coordinate monitoring, inspections, tests and resource allocation.
• Identify gaps and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
