Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an experienced Fleet RCA Leader for Machine Head components. You will own end-to-end RCAs, drive root-cause analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust, fleet-wide improvements.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years leading RCAs, and strong knowledge of Lean, 8D, and Six Sigma methodologies. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering required.
• Experience leading mechanical RCAs (8D, Shainin, Lean, Six Sigma or similar).
• Wind industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own wing-to-wing RCA ownership for Machine Head mechanical issues.
• Lead RCAs from technical and operational perspectives to achieve timely resolution.
• Define fast-track containment and maintain RCA documentation and reporting.
