Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. Wind seeks an experienced Senior Engineer to lead cross-functional RCA teams addressing fleet-wide catastrophic turbine events. You will own major events, drive containment and corrective actions, and coordinate with leadership, customers, and suppliers for timely resolutions.

You will apply problem-solving, project management, and data analysis skills, guide 8D processes, and develop action plans and lessons learned to improve RCA outcomes across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline; master’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in the Wind industry and/or Root Cause Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8D root cause analysis process for Major Event RCAs and coordinate stakeholders.
• Own major events and develop containment and corrective action plans.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely RCA execution.
• Provide in-depth technical analysis and engage with suppliers as needed.
