Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Systems, Petroleum or related engineering discipline.
• Eight (8) or more years in systems engineering or reliability engineering.
• Experience with large-scale industrial equipment in asset-intensive industries.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems and condition monitoring technologies.
• Experience with RCA, FMEA, reliability engineering, predictive maintenance methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define engineering strategy for monitoring health and performance of complex industrial assets.
• Develop engineering specifications for predictive monitoring capabilities and leading indicators.
• Create monitoring standards and detection strategies for multiple asset classes.
• Define engineering requirements for dashboards, reports, and decision-support products.
• Collaborate with software engineering, digital products, and data science teams to deliver monitoring solutions.
• Lead governance processes to incorporate lessons learned into standards and knowledge base.
