Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Systems, Petroleum or related engineering discipline.
• Eight+ years of systems or reliability engineering experience in asset-intensive industries.
• Experience with large-scale industrial equipment and asset management.
• Strong understanding of control systems, instrumentation, and data platforms.
• Experience with RCA, FMEA, reliability methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define monitoring strategy for fleet health across assets and systems.
• Develop engineering specifications for predictive monitoring capabilities.
• Create detection rules and leading indicators for early fault detection.
• Define alert context, escalation, and response requirements for predictive alerts.
• Develop fleet health dashboards and operational intelligence specifications.
• Standardize alert response packages for field operations.
• Improve alarm rationalization and monitoring effectiveness.
