Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–6 years of professional software and/or systems engineering.
• Proven full-stack experience from requirements to frontend delivery.
• Hands-on SaaS/ERP integration experience (NetSuite or similar).
• Experience translating business processes for non-technical stakeholders.
• Value/outcome-focused approach with measurable results.
• Negotiating trade-offs and building consensus with stakeholders.
• Strong craft: tested, maintainable code under version control.
• Ability to justify technical decisions to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and operations stakeholders to translate processes into technical requirements.
• Design and build full-stack software solutions from backend to frontend where custom development is right.
• Configure, extend, and integrate SaaS and ERP systems (NetSuite and related apps).
• Own build-versus-configure decisions and consolidate requests into a coherent design.
• Negotiate trade-offs and bring business partners along to ensure adoption.
• Justify design decisions to technical and business audiences.
• Build and deliver efficiently, using AI tools where it makes sense.
• Prioritize work by business value and measure delivered outcomes.
• Engage with and mentor other engineers; improve LEAN processes.
• Resolve cross-functional problems in the commercial technology landscape.
