Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the engineering, administration, and ongoing optimization of the firm’s enterprise systems and compute environment. You will maintain highly available, secure infrastructure while identifying opportunities to modernize, automate, and improve the organization’s technology landscape.

Collaborating with the Manager of Systems and other technology teams, you will ensure solutions align with business requirements and enterprise standards,

Qualifications

10+ years as a Systems Engineer in enterprise environments.
Proven experience with VMware virtualization, Citrix VDI, and Azure.
Strong security, risk mitigation, and system hardening knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage core enterprise systems and compute platforms.
Maintain highly secure, available infrastructure and optimize performance.
Provide expert escalation support and develop documentation and change records.
Participate in on-call rotation and travel as needed for projects.
