Job summary
Arctiq is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise systems and compute environments. You will ensure highly available, secure infrastructure and collaborate with multiple teams to modernize and automate across on-prem and cloud platforms.
The role requires hands-on expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Citrix VDI, Azure, and security hardening, with opportunities for growth and travel as needed in a
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years as a Systems Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Minimum 10 years designing and managing VMware virtualization and hyperconverged infrastructure.
- Experience with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Azure and Entra ID.
- Expertise in Windows Server, AD, PKI, and networking.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage core enterprise systems, including Exchange, AD, and virtualization infra.
- Administer cloud platforms such as Azure and Office 365.
- Manage Citrix VDI, load balancers, and SSL certificates.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize system performance for reliability and security.
- Provide escalation support for complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain technical docs, runbooks, and change records.
- Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.
- Ensure security practices and compliance across teams.
