Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to manage Microsoft Endpoint Management, including ConfigMgr and Intune, and to design OS deployment solutions for Windows 11 devices in a hybrid Brentwood, TN environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ConfigMgr/SCCM in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management solutions.
• Strong experience with OS deployment, Windows image management, application packaging, and patch management.

Responsibilities

• Manage ConfigMgr and Intune environments to ensure secure, reliable endpoint management.
• Design, implement, and maintain OS deployment solutions for Windows 11 devices.
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot deployment workflows, software distribution, and OS upgrades.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: imaging, driver management, packaging, patching, and deployment automation.
• Support migration initiatives and technology modernization projects.
• Monitor system performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and SOPs.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve endpoint management and user experience.
• Participate in on-call support and provide advanced troubleshooting as needed.
• Mentor junior team members and promote a team-first culture.
