Job summary
Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Electronic Warfare team, supporting ESM and EA/ECM systems across the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
The role requires 15+ years in systems engineering leadership, experience with SDRs and embedded devices, and strong technical writing and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills. U.S. security clearance eligibility is required.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of hands on systems engineering leadership experience.
- Experience with ESM and EA/ECM in ground or air EW domains.
- Experience with embedded devices and SDRs.
- Experience with system requirements creation, traceability, verification/validation.
- Experience coordinating across disciplines and leading reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
- Excellent technical writing for white papers, proposals, and tests.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end system design, development and test for EW systems.
- Coordinate across disciplines to define, implement, and validate requirements.
- Lead program reviews and manage related CDRLs (SRR, PDR, CDR).
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
