Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, including ESM and EA/ECM, across the full product life cycle. The role requires coordinating across disciplines, leading design reviews, and delivering traceable system requirements with strong technical writing.
Qualified candidates will have 4+ years in systems engineering, embedded/SDR experience, and eligibility for U.S. security clearance.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on systems engineering experience.
- Experience in design, development and test of ESM/EA/ECM in ground-based or aerial EW domains.
- Experience with embedded devices and Software Defined Radios (SDRs).
- Experience creating requirements, tracing, verification and validation.
- Experience coordinating across disciplines to define and validate system requirements and design.
- Experience leading program reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) and related CDRLs.
- Excellent technical writing and ability to explain complex concepts to varied stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary system engineering activities across the full product life cycle.
- Own system requirements, traceability, verification and validation.
- Drive system design reviews and ensure timely completion of SRR, PDR and CDR milestones.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and test teams to deliver integrated EW solutions.
