Job summary

CircuitHire is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer in Los Angeles to own system architecture, requirements management, integration, testing, and documentation for brand-new Electronic Warfare projects. You will collaborate across hardware, software, and embedded teams to ensure lifecycle artifacts are traceable and verifiable.

The role offers remote work for an experienced engineer, with a salary range of $150k–$200k and a generous benefits package including bonuses.

Qualifications

Degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
5+ years' experience delivering complex hardware/software systems.
Experience with requirements management and systems engineering tools (DOORS, Cameo, Jama, etc.).
Strong understanding of system lifecycle, integration, and validation processes.
MBSE / SysML experience.
MATLAB or Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead system architecture, requirements management, integration, testing, and technical documentation for EW projects.
Collaborate across hardware, software, and embedded engineering teams.
Manage lifecycle artifacts and ensure traceability across subsystems.
Coordinate verification and validation activities with cross-functional teams.
