Job summary

JRC is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to support the Strategic Systems Program, Sea Launched Cruise Missile-Nuclear (SLCM-N) program. You will provide Systems Engineering (SE) support, MBSE implementation, risk management, and coordinate reviews and production tasks.

You will join a high performing team with DoD and DoE stakeholders, traveling up to ~50% to test ranges and facilities, while maintaining strict program deadlines and SE processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated engineering support in a DoD environment with Systems Engineering experience.
• Active Secret DoD or DoE security clearance.
• Energetic, dependable, product-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality services under deadlines.
• Forward-thinking with proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Systems Engineering support for SSP SLCM-N program, including SE management practices and reviews.
• Oversee MBSE implementation, risk management, requirements management, and LCCB preparation/coordination.
• Coordinate ship integration efforts, test and evaluation planning, and participation in SE community meetings.
