Job summary

Serco Inc. (Serco) invites experienced Systems Engineer candidates to join our Albuquerque, NM team to support the DMOC infrastructure and engineering efforts for the 705 CTS at Kirtland AFB. This onsite role emphasizes operations, security, and mission readiness in a demanding environment.

You will monitor networks, perform patching, incident response, and coordinate with IPTs to drive improvements while maintaining DoD certification readiness and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years relevant experience; Master’s degree can substitute for 2 years.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and perform health checks of critical network infrastructure and systems.
• Perform daily operations support, infrastructure maintenance, system patching, and ticket resolution.
• Conduct incident response, troubleshooting, communication, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams to review, prioritize, and plan engineering support activities.
• Work with program leadership to implement process improvements and system optimizations.
