Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of systems engineering experience in DoD or defense contracting environments.
• Ability to distill complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Strong governance, documentation, and artifact development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic systems engineering and enterprise integration support across JCWA programs.
• Lead architecture governance and enterprise-wide governance artifacts.
• Coordinate SAFe/PI planning and large-scale coordination across multiple ARTs.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for JCWA priorities.
• Engage senior leaders with risk, issue, and operational impact communications.
