Job summary

Fantom Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the analysis, design, integration, and implementation of complex enterprise systems in a DoD-focused environment. You will guide requirements, architecture, interfaces, and tests across the full lifecycle.

The role requires extensive DoD systems experience, strong leadership in cross-functional teams, and hands-on oversight of IA/security considerations, risk management, and program reviews onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoDAF, SOA, and enterprise systems integration.
• Strong background in requirements development and architecture design.
• Proven track record leading systems engineering across full lifecycle.
• Experience supporting information assurance and security engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and system architectures to derive system requirements and specs.
• Lead systems engineering and integration activities across the lifecycle.
• Develop SE documentation: SEPs, Requirements Specifications, ICDs, integration/test plans.
• Support architecture design using DoDAF, SOA, and related standards.
• Coordinate IPTs to design and implement new capabilities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and end-to-end system flow analyses.
• Manage configuration changes and track actions from design reviews and CCBs.
• Support verification, validation, and system certification activities.
