Job summary

Fantom Corp is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to lead enterprise IAM integrations and implementation efforts. You will manage customer integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and support authentication, SSO, and cloud-based identity services while coordinating with stakeholders across programs.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Must be willing to obtain a polygraph upon hire.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with eight (8) years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with systems integration, software implementation, or related technical environments.
• Experience troubleshooting software issues, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to document technical processes and procedures.
• Ability to identify customer requirements that require customization beyond standard solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working directly with customers and external stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical and functional concepts to program and customer leadership.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility.
• Security+ / DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer integration activities from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Integrate services and applications across multiple enterprise systems.
• Implement and support authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, federation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex software and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Brief program and customer leadership on technical and functional aspects of products and implementations.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and identify when customization of standard solutions is necessary.
• Perform software testing and validation and improve testing procedures as needed.
• Support requirements gathering and usability sessions to feed capabilities into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture documentation, technical processes, and procedures.
• Identify integration impediments and Escalate significant technical or programmatic issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with technical teams, customers, and external partners throughout the integration lifecycle.
