Job summary

Fantom Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer in Chantilly, VA to lead IAM integration efforts across enterprise and cloud environments. You will manage customer integrations from requirements through implementation, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with stakeholders on viable solutions.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility, strong communication, and proven systems integration experience with SSO/SAML, federation, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility
• Polygraph eligibility required or ability to obtain on hire
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6 years
• Experience with systems integration or software implementation
• Experience troubleshooting software issues and root-cause analysis
• Experience documenting technical processes and procedures
• Ability to identify customer requirements needing customization beyond standard solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers/external stakeholders
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to leadership
• Security+ or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Manage customer integration activities from requirements gathering through implementation
• Integrate services across enterprise systems
• Implement and support authentication, SSO, SAML, federation, and cloud identity services
• Troubleshoot complex software and integration issues; perform root cause analysis
• Brief program and customer leadership on technical aspects of products
• Translate requirements into technical solutions; identify when customization is needed
• Perform software testing and validation; improve testing procedures
• Support requirements gathering and usability sessions feeding CI/CD
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture documentation and processes
• Identify integration impediments; elevate to leadership
• Collaborate with technical teams, customers, and external partners throughout the lifecycle
