Job summary

UCT in Chandler, AZ (with Austin, TX and Hayward, CA options) seeks a Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and manage enterprise datacenter infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, and networking.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with VMware vCenter, Nutanix, Okta, Office 365, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced, rewarding technical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, engineering, or related field.
• Technical certifications: VMware VCP, AWS Certified SA, Azure Administrator Associate.
• 9+ years in system administration / IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise-grade information systems and technology.
• Manage and monitor multiple VMware vCenter, Nutanix and other converged environments.
• Oversee Office 365 enterprise tenant (Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Develop disaster recovery solutions for global applications.
• Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
