Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Sr Systems Engineer to leverage cybersecurity and systems engineering expertise to lead vulnerability assessments of weapons and space systems under US Combatant Commands. You will work on long-term assessments, review architecture and documentation, and collaborate with customers and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Systems Engineering experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Healthy knowledge of cybersecurity / vulnerability assessment process.

Responsibilities

• Perform cybersecurity assessments of large-scale DoD systems, utilizing an Offensive Cyber Operations mindset to perform Defensive Cyber Operations activities.
• Perform long term vulnerability assessments leveraging systems engineering principles and knowledge, using architecture diagrams, build specifications, design documentation, and systems architecture.
• Foster relationships with customers to gain insights and information to improve mission outcomes.
• May serve as a team facilitator providing technical guidance to staff and writers.
• Gathers business and product functional and performance requirements.
• Defines and designs complex system specifications and hardware/software compatibility parameters.
