Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking an experienced business/systems analyst to define and support CPQ system software modules aligned with customer and sales needs.

You will design solutions with stakeholders, capture detailed requirements, and drive BDD with the quality team. You’ll split features into stories, prioritize backlog, and ensure on-time delivery within a SAFe framework, while collaborating with Process Optimization and System Architecture teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 8 years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Experience with make-to-order manufacturing industry is required.
• Proven delivery record in large organizational settings with SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and support building COMPAS CPQ system software modules meeting customer, sales, and business needs.
• Design and implement product solutions with stakeholder input and whole-product focus.
• Capture explicit and implicit user requirements and support BDD with quality teams.
• Divide product features into stories with business users and development teams.
• Prioritize backlog aligned with program increment planning and business objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of features per program plan and identify enablers and tech debt.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to maximize positives and address negatives.
• Collaborate with Process Optimization and System Architecture teams on requirements.
