The ideal candidate has 5–9 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, organized approach to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–9 years in CPQ/CRM environments.
• Experience with SFDC platform and CPQ Cloud is mandatory.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them to the technical team.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria as per business needs.
• Facilitate user testing, planning, and execution; drive Agile modeling sessions and sprint demos.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, and participate in IT controls.
