Job summary

SwitchThink Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer to design and deliver integrated infrastructure across server, virtualization, cloud, storage, and DR for our clients. You will turn architecture into designs, lead projects, and mentor admins while driving automation and standards.

You will collaborate with Security, Networking, and Client Success teams to keep environments secure, reliable, and highly available. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure operations.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• MSP environments and/or regulatory sector exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure across servers, virtualization, cloud, storage, and DR.
• Lead projects from requirements to deployment and mentor junior staff.
• Automate infrastructure with scripts and IaC practices; enforce standards.
• Collaborate with security, networking, and client teams to ensure uptime and security.
