Job summary

cb20 Managed IT & AV Services is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer – Networking to advise customers and the cb20 sales team on enterprise networking solutions. You will shape architectures, lead technical design reviews, and mentor engineers and sales professionals across engagements.

In this role you will collaborate with partners and OEMs, deliver workshops and demonstrations, and ensure solutions align with business objectives while balancing performance, security, and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise networking (design, implementation, or architecture).
• 3+ years in Network Architect, Senior Network Engineer, or Presales role.
• Experience supporting sales engagements and enterprise solution design.
• Experience with channel partners, OEMs, and technology vendors.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Be the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle for enterprise customers.
• Build trusted relationships through consultative engagement.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations.
• Develop high-level architectures balancing performance, security, and cost.
• Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and BOMs.
• Articulate business value and technical advantages of solutions.
