Job summary

Kavaliro seeks a Systems Engineer to oversee all Bank IT resources, including servers, workstations, and network-connected devices. You will coordinate third-party connections via external firewall, install OS, manage security procedures, and provide tier-2/3 support across OS and applications.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years with Windows Server, ITIL experience, and strong network/systems knowledge to ensure SOX-compliant operations and robust backups and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• MCP/MCSE certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of work experience with Windows Server, workstations, and Office.
• ITIL knowledge or certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT service management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and control all Bank system resources (servers, workstations, laptops, devices).
• Coordinate third-party connections through external firewall.
• Install and support operating systems on all systems.
• Manage system security procedures and patch management.
• Provide second/third-level end user support for OS, applications, and systems.
