Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a System Engineer to analyze requirements, develop system specifications, and provide technical leadership across design and integration activities for defense-focused projects.

You will contribute to DoDAF-aligned architectures, guide requirements allocation, and collaborate with government and industry partners to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. A clear path for growth in a technically strong team is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (listed in the description).
• Experience leading Systems Engineering efforts on DoD or similar programs preferred.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, and system integration is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, COC documents, and high-level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities; provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design and tech.
• Develop system design documentation and plans; coordinate across government and program teams.
