Reliable Robotics is building safety-critical autonomous flight systems. We seek a Sr. Systems Engineer to lead system development across requirements, design, validation and verification for certifiable avionics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Deep experience in system development for safety-critical avionics.
• Experience with ARP-4754 across multiple programs, including audits by airworthiness authorities.

Responsibilities

• Define & deliver development plans, process, work instructions, training.
• Develop new methods, techniques or processes.
• Lead areas of the program across system requirements, design, validation and verification.
• Act as a subject matter expert in your domain.
• Lead cross functional RCCAs, trade studies, integral process.
• Perform trades studies to assess performance, complexity, risk and cost of solutions.
