Job summary
RTX in McKinney, Texas, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Test Solutions directorate onsite. You will design, develop, and validate automated analysis software for production programs, interfacing with hardware and software engineers in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a STEM degree and at least five years of Perl/UNIX experience, RF data handling, and SQL.
A U.S. Interim Secret clearance is required; relocation is possible, with RTX offering a comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Minimum five years of experience with Perl programming.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux operating environment.
- RF domain knowledge, including RF parametric test data.
- SQL commands.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated analysis software for multiple program products with hardware, software, and program engineers.
- Implement system software engineering best practices in planning, development, and execution of scope, schedule, and budget.
- Communicate technical information in formal design review settings.
- Provide hands-on support to product testing in engineering and production test environment.
- Report program status weekly.
- Support the Section Manager and Team Lead in RF Technologies department goals.
