Job summary

RTX is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer – Architecture and Requirements in Cameo to join our Tucson, AZ-based SETC team onsite. You will lead architecture and requirements decomposition, define verification approaches, and coordinate with software, hardware, safety, reliability, quality, and manufacturing to ensure design integrity for missile and launch platform programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Cameo for requirements development and MBSE
Travel up to 10% as needed

Responsibilities

Create and manage systems architecture, requirements, interface definitions & descriptions.
Coordinate with Suppliers and Supply Chain for procured items.
Support flight test activities and write test reports.
Develop verification approaches and oversee verification artifacts.
Engage cross-functional teams across software, hardware, safety, reliability, quality, and manufacturing.
