Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – Architecture and Rrequirements in Cameo for the Tucson, AZ location. You will design, decompose complex subsystems, and develop verification plans while coordinating with software, hardware, safety, reliability, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure first-time-right solutions for our mission systems.

The role is onsite in Tucson, with collaboration across IPTLs and SMEs and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MBSE tools (Cameo) and system-V model.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage systems architecture, requirements, interface definitions & description documents, system integration, and system verification using Cameo by collaborating with multiple IPTLs and SMEs.
• Work with Suppliers and the Supply Chain organization for procured items managed through the role of REA for that Assembly.
• Support flight test activities and write test reports.
