Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
• 3 years of experience in systems, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience as a technical design authority for a platform estate.
• Experience with enterprise AI or LLM platforms and APIs is strongly preferred.
• Strong Windows Server and Linux administration and cloud IAM knowledge.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Technical Architecture Authority and Platform Standards: Own reference architectures and platform standards across Alteryx, KNIME, cloud infra, and AI platform services.
• Alteryx, KNIME, and Cloud Infrastructure Engineering and Server Administration: Administer Alteryx Server, KNIME Server, and cloud infra, including deployment pipelines and patching.
• Integration Design, Identity, and Security Engineering: Design platform integrations, SSO, API security, and access control.
• Automation, Scripting, and Internal Tooling: Build production-grade automation in Python and PowerShell for provisioning, drift detection, and reporting.
• Developer Experience and LLM Tooling Onboarding: Onboard for OpenAI/Claude tooling, publish templates and SDK guidance.
• Escalated Support, Mentorship, and Cross-Team Engineering Partnership: Tier 2 support, incident management, and mentoring.
