Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to act as the technical architecture authority for the platforms team, owning integration design, security standards, platform governance, and server administration across Alteryx, KNIME, and cloud infrastructure. You will build production automation in Python and PowerShell, manage LLM tooling for OpenAI and Claude, provide Tier 2 support during U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related technical field required.
• Demonstrated experience acting as a technical design authority for a platform estate.
• 3 years of experience in systems, platform, or infrastructure engineering including server administration and cloud ownership.
• Experience with enterprise AI or LLM platforms and APIs is strongly preferred.
• Strong scripting and automation in Python and PowerShell; proficiency with Git and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Owns technical architecture authority for platforms, governance, and reference architectures.
• Hands-on administration of Alteryx Server and KNIME Server environments including deployments and migrations.
• Design and implement platform integrations, SSO/identity, and security across services.
• Develop production automation to reduce manual operations and enable CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide Tier 2 support during U.S. hours and mentor associates across teams.
