Job summary

Anduril Industries, Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to drive end-to-end system definition for a next-generation autonomous rotorcraft program. You will own interfaces, architecture, verification strategy, and critical design reviews, collaborating across mechanical, electrical, and software teams.

You will lead test planning, execution, and risk management, ensuring a controlled baseline and readiness for SRR/PDR/CDR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in systems engineering on complex hardware and software vehicles.
• Experience owning requirements and interface baselines across multiple subsystem teams.
• Experience planning and executing verification campaigns on physical hardware.
• U.S. Person status and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own system end-to-end definition, interfaces, and architecture.
• Maintain configuration control and traceability across the lifecycle.
• Plan, execute, and validate tests to prove system readiness.
• Lead SRR, CoDR, PDR, CDR, and TRR technical content and outcomes.
• Prepare and present data for major design reviews.
